   This one's tough, but I'll try to give a direct answer. It depends on the data you're feeding the AI. There are places where I believe the systems I run are better than asking a rep if a deal is going to close, because when a rep says "oh yeah, it's going to close," I don't really trust that information. I trust AI more — it looks at how recently a deal was touched, who we're engaged with, when we pitched, how the tone sounded on the call. I trust AI for that more than I trust the individual rep…
