SaaSociety Founder Retreat 2019 — Powerscourt Hotel Resort & Spa

SaaSociety 2019 was the fourth edition of SaaStock's invite-only founder retreat — and the last in-person SaaSociety before the COVID-19 pandemic forced two years of pause. The cohort was thirteen B2B SaaS founders, hosted at Powerscourt Hotel Resort & Spa in Enniskerry, Co. Wicklow (the curved cream Palladian property south of Dublin), co-presented with IDA Ireland — Ireland's state agency for foreign direct investment. The format was a two-track day pattern: experiential activity (an off-road Land Rover Defender convoy through the estate woods) paired with closed-door founder peer sessions back at the hotel, followed by a black-tie gala dinner each evening under the columned ballroom uplighting. The retreat ran October 14–18, 2019 — overlapping and extending the dates of the SaaStock Europe 2019 main conference at RDS Simmonscourt in Dublin (October 14–16), so most attendees came directly from the conference.
