## What is SaaSociety?
SaaSociety is SaaStock's invite-only founder retreat series — small, curated cohorts of senior B2B SaaS founders gathered alongside the SaaStock Europe flagship each year. The format is different from the main conference: closed-door peer sessions, a single experiential activity (e.g. a Land Rover Defender off-road convoy through the Powerscourt estate woods in 2019), and a gala dinner each evening, with the venue chosen to make the room itself part of the programme. Cohort size is kept small (10–25 founders) deliberately. Editions to date have run in Ireland alongside SaaStock Europe.

### SaaSociety 2019
SaaSociety 2019 was the fourth SaaStock Founder Retreat. It ran October 14–18, 2019 at Powerscourt Hotel Resort & Spa in Enniskerry, Co. Wicklow, Ireland — co-presented with IDA Ireland, the country's state agency for foreign direct investment. The cohort was 13 invite-only B2B SaaS founders. The retreat ran as a side event of SaaStock Europe 2019; the experiential activity was a Land Rover Defender off-road convoy through the Powerscourt estate woods, paired with closed-door founder peer sessions and a gala dinner in the columned ballroom each evening.
