It’s coming to the end of year but there’s no winding down here. Instead, we’re gearing up, so we’re ready to bring a bigger, better, and redefined SaaStock USA to Austin in May.

It’s our third time in Austin and we’ve learned a lot. We’ve listened to our network in the US and collated feedback across our Europe event and membership community to understand the challenges in the SaaS market and what part events can play in overcoming them.

Now, we’re putting those learnings back into our event programme to guarantee ROI for our attendees and partners.

Some of the changes we introduced at our Europe event in October, others are brand new for 2025.

Here, I’ll explain more about what’s new and how we’re helping founders and teams move their business forward.

Changes in the B2B SaaS landscape

While capital is returning to the market and we’re seeing unrivalled innovation in generative AI, it’s still a turbulent time for SaaS. And it’s causing new challenges for founders and leaders.

We’ve spoken to hundreds of SaaS founders, operators, and investors from Seed through Series C+ to understand where their challenges lie in the current market and how events can help them solve them. Some of the most common:

  • Securing funding: Connecting with the right investors, honing your pitch, and standing out amongst AI noise.
  • Scalable go-to-market strategies: How to manage lengthening sales cycles, multi-stakeholder deals, and an increasingly busy market.
  • Becoming an AI first company: The next stage of the AI hype-cycle, true implementation—this includes using AI to improve operational efficiency and reassessing your product to understand how you can become AI first.

People come to SaaStock to find solutions to these challenges. And that comes from connections. Events are a key part of the GTM strategy for founders and leaders looking to meet and learn from the people that can help them overcome these challenges, avoid common mistakes, and unlock new opportunities–be it new prospects, existing customers, partners, peers, or the lead investor of your next funding round.

SaaStock: Where heads down SaaS founders and teams move their business forward

Over the last eight years, we’ve built a solid network of SaaS founders all over the world. We know that all they want to do is build scalable, efficient businesses.

We’ve also seen our SaaS community grow. From small startups to what are now some of the most exciting scaleups in the industry. From PLG motions to building out sales functions and moving upmarket. And with that, we’re growing too, with tailored experiences for mid-market and enterprise businesses.

Whether SMB or enterprise, for a business to succeed, its leaders need to thrive. SaaStock USA will have dedicated forums for Founders and their leadership teams to learn from and network with their peers. Along with dedicated services to better connect software sellers and buyers.

A new SaaStock USA

SaaStock USA will be the SaaStock our community knows and loves but with even more quality. Quality of attendees, of content, of conversations, and of experience—whatever your business stage.

We’re bringing the networking programme we introduced at SaaStock Europe alongside new features and content. We’re also consolidating the event into two core conference days to make even more of that time away from your day-to-day.

Here are just some of the ways we’re going to guarantee value at SaaStock USA:

Content

  • Founderpath Center stage: Founderpath CEO Nathan Latka will be bringing a stellar set of speakers with content designed to unpack the biggest SaaS success stories and reveal more about the people behind the headlines. Expect tried and tested playbooks with clear ROI and strategic tactics to help scale your business.
  • Startup Forum: Roundtables, panel sessions, and interactive discussions to help founders and their leadership teams balance growth, innovation, and efficiency. Rather than passive content, this experience plays host to practical mentorship–designed to spark ideas, give guidance, and build community. The Startup Forum will also proudly host this year’s Global Pitch Competition.
  • GTM Forum: A packed agenda for Directors, VPs, and C-Suite leaders in marketing, revenue, and customer success. The GTM Forum is here to help you learn, share, and connect with people who understand the unique pressures and opportunities for GTM leaders in 2025.
  • CFO Forum: We’re working with leading CFOs and Platinum Sponsor, Sage, to curate an agenda for finance leaders looking to tackle more than just the bottom line. Across roundtable discussions, panel sessions, and insightful keynotes, you’ll learn the skills to drive strategic innovation in your company and discover the tactics you need to lead the business forward with confidence.
  • AI First: A pre-event Forum (held on Monday 12 May), focused on giving companies the 12-month playbook to take AI as a technology and integrate into business operations and position your business as AI first.

Networking

  • Connections Lounge: A bigger and better networking zone in the centre of the show floor. Use our AI-powered app to find and set up meetings with the people you really want to meet (including potential investors).
  • Global Pitch Competition: It wouldn’t be SaaStock without the Global Pitch Competition. Startups will pitch their SaaS in front of stellar investors with the hopes of winning the $500k prize*. Who will join previous winners including Cledara, Corrily and Tipple? *Must be Seed or Pre-Seed stage B2B SaaS. Prize is subject to due diligence.
  • Social and fringe events: From dinners and parties to breakfast and wellness activities, we’re here to help you make the most of Austin. Across the week, there’ll be a full lineup of social and fringe events from us and our Partners. Plus, we’ll be sharing our recommendations of where to hear the best music and eat the best barbecue.
